Repeat Prescriptions

Request for repeat prescriptions should be made using the reorder slip. You will receive this from the chemist each time you pick up your prescription.

This should be posted in the collection box beside the reception window or can be sent in by post/fax.

Repeat prescriptions may also be ordered online via the link at the top of this page.

Requests will not be taken by telephone.

Please allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription Monday to Thursday and 72 hours if ordered on a Friday.

You can either pick your prescription up from your chosen chemist or you can collect the signed slip from Reception to take personally to a chemist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
