Welcome to High Mill Medical Practice

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have had to change the way we work to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible. At the present time 2m physical distancing guidance still applies to GP surgeries.

Please DO NOT COME DOWN TO THE SURGERY unless instructed to do so by a member of our team.

Please call the surgery if you have any health concerns. All initial appointments will be provided by telephone and a face to face appointment arranged if necessary by your clinician.

Despite the new phone system we are aware some patients are still finding it difficult to get through. To help with this please note the following

  • If your call is not urgent please wait until after 10am to get in touch
  • If you are over 12 and have symptoms of Covid 19 please call 111 for advice
  • Please DO NOT call to request a repeat prescription but hand in a slip to your pharmacy or post it in the box beside the door at the car park

Information about symptoms requiring urgent medical assessment are included in the links below.
