Welcome to High Mill Medical Practice

01555 771012

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have had to change the way we work to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible. You will only receive a face-to-face appointment if necessary, for a physical examination or if tests need to be carried out. At the present time we request that all patients still wear a face covering when attending the practice.

Please call the surgery if you have any health concerns, or attend the Practice reception desk. All initial appointments will be provided by telephone and a face to face appointment arranged if necessary by your clinician.

Despite the new phone system we are aware some patients are still finding it difficult to get through. To help with this please note the following

  • If your call is not urgent please wait until after 10am to get in touch
  • Please DO NOT call to request a repeat prescription but hand in a slip to your pharmacy or post it in the box beside the door at the car park
